Having just solidified its position as the No. 1 network in entertainment among Adults 18-49 for the first time in four years, ABC is announcing its 2020-2021 programming slate, which includes renewals for 19 series and two straight-to-series orders from its current crop of pilots

HBO Max has revealed the second slate of premium Max Originals available to viewers after the streamer's May 27th launch.

​​​​​​​HBO Max, the upcoming direct-to-consumer offering from WarnerMedia set to launch in the spring of 2020, announced today the greenlight of Hot Dog (working title), from Jax Media and Making It's Nicolle Yaron. The twelve-episode, half-hour series features three dog groomers facing off in a full head-to-tail creative competition showcasing canine breeds of all kinds.  

Deadline is reporting that the principal cast of the hit sitcom, The Conners, have closed deals to return for a third season of the show.

Today, SHOWTIME announced that the late-night series DESUS & MERO will return to air with all-new episodes filmed from the hosts' own homes, starting on Monday, March 30 at 11 p.m. ET/PT. The show will continue to air new episodes on Monday and Thursday nights. Each episode will feature hosts Desus Nice (Daniel Baker) and The Kid Mero (Joel Martinez) giving their take on the day's hot topics and continuing to host interviews with special guests through video conference technology. Episodes will continue to be shot remotely from the hosts' homes in New Jersey and the Bronx until further notice.

Full Frontal with Samantha Bee is going into the woods and coming back onto your TV this Wednesday, March 25th. Samantha Bee, who like the rest of the country is adjusting to working from home, will return to her normal 10:30 p.m. timeslot and broadcast her 30-minute late-night series from home. Executive Producer Jason Jones, Bee's husband and quarantine roommate, will film the episode from a socially distant six feet away--and even further away if it's a better angle for Bee.

SHOWTIME has picked up a second season of the critically acclaimed comedy series WORK IN PROGRESS. Created and written by Chicago improv mainstays Abby McEnany and Tim Mason and co-written by Lilly Wachowski (The Matrix), the series stars McEnany as a fictionalized version of herself whose misfortune and despair unexpectedly lead her to a vibrantly transformative relationship. The ten-episode second season will be entirely written, shot and produced in Chicago this year. Season one currently airs on Sundays at 11 p.m. ET/PT, with its season finale set to air January 26. ABC will air a special live episode of top-rated comedy “The Conners” the night of the New Hampshire primary, TUESDAY, FEB. 11 (8:00-8:30 p.m. EST). The cast will perform the episode live for both the East and West coast broadcasts. ABC News coverage of the first-in-the-nation New Hampshire primary will be incorporated into the story in real time as the results roll in during the evening.
