WORKING 2020, presented by The Actors Gym, in association with the Whitefire Theatre, was created and written by Academy Award winner Bobby Moresco (Crash, Million Dollar Baby), and members of the Actors Gym, produced by Bryan Rasmussen, Bobby Moresco, and Steven Christopher Parker. Working 2020 explores what work means to different people in different circumstances in the U.S. today, adding new characters, and this time focusing on the sadly relevant slide from middle to working class.

Seattle Rep today announced the cast and creative team of its final production of the 2018/2019 Season, Tiny Beautiful Things, based on the best-selling book by Cheryl Strayed (Torch, Brave Enough, Wild, 'Dear Sugar') and adapted for the stage by Academy Award nominee Nia Vardalos (My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Instant Mom). Co-conceived by Marshall Heyman ('Dietland'), Thomas Kail (Hamilton, Fox's 'Grease Live!'), and Vardalos, and directed by Courtney Sale (Artistic Director for Seattle Children's Theatre), Tiny Beautiful Things will run May 17 - June 23, 2019 (opening night is May 22) on the Leo K. stage. Freestyle Love Supreme Will Come to the Kennedy Center

The Kennedy Center just announced improvised Hip Hop musical ride, Freestyle Love Supreme (July 16-21), as a new addition to the 2018-2019 comedy season. For nine performances only, Freestyle Love Supreme makes its first D.C. appearance following its sold out Off-Broadway run this winter. Conceived by Anthony Veneziale and co-created by Hamilton's Thomas Kail (Director, Co-Producer) and Lin-Manuel Miranda (Co-Producer), Freestyle Love Supreme takes cues from the audience to deliver unique, improvisatory-Hip Hop musical experiences. Freestyle Love Supreme is produced by Kail, Miranda, Jenny and Jon Steingart, and Jill Furman. Previous guest performers in Freestyle Love Supreme include Lin-Manuel Miranda, James Monroe Iglehart, Christopher Jackson, and Daveed Diggs.
Orpheum Announces HAMILTON On Sale Date And Details

Producer Jeffrey Seller and the Orpheum Theatre Group announced today that tickets for HAMILTON will be available online through Ticketmaster Verified Fan, at 9 a.m. CT on Friday, May 3. Verified Fan is a new fan-facing technology from Ticketmaster that allows pre-registered fans to unlock access to tickets without competing against scalpers and bots.
