INVISIBLE Returns To The Bush Theatre in May

Invisible, the critically acclaimed debut play from Nikhil Parmar returns to the Bush Theatre for a limited time ahead of its New York premiere. A  hilariously dark story tracking one man's desperate struggle to be seen as the hero of his own narrative Invisible opens at the Bush on 23 May (press night 25 May) before transferring to New York as part of the 'Brits Off Broadway' season at 59E59 from 13 June.

New Earth Theatre Announce Full Cast For World Première Of Joanne Lau's WORTH

New Earth Theatre and Storyhouse, in association with Arcola Theatre, today announce the full cast for the world première production of WORTH, a new darkly comic drama exploring immigration and family secrets from Chinese Canadian writer, Joanne Lau. Mingyu Lin directs Arthur Lee (Jacob) and Jennifer Lim (Penny), Stephen Hoo (Ted),  Sara Chia-Jewell (May), Zachary Hing (Anthony).

Kate Wasserberg Appointed as Theatr Clwyd's New Artistic Director

Theatr Clwyd has announced that their new Artistic Director will be Kate Wasserberg. A hugely experienced and respected director, Wasserberg was Artistic Director of both new writing company Stockroom and Cardiff's The Other Room and has directed major productions that have toured nationally and internationally.

Disney's ALADDIN Will Tour The UK and Ireland

Disney Theatrical Productions' critically acclaimed Broadway and West End musical Aladdin will tour the UK and Ireland for the first time, opening in Edinburgh in October 2023, followed by dates in Cardiff, Plymouth, Sunderland, and Milton Keynes, with further cities to be announced.

Cast Announced For RETROGRADE at the Kiln Theatre

With Zadie Smith’s The Wife of Willesden about to transfer to the US, Kiln Theatre has announced the full cast for the world première of Ryan Calais Cameron’s new play based on a true event in the life of actor Sidney Poitier in 1950s Hollywood – Ian Bonar (Bobby), Ivanno Jeremiah (Sidney), and Daniel Lapaine (Mr Parks).
