CATCO will open its 2022-23 season Nov. 3-20 with a spirited and revolutionary love story celebrating Yiddish language and literature written by celebrated Pulitzer-Prize winning playwright Paula Vogel.
The Village, A Disco Musical! is extending its hit engagement at Dixon Place after its first week of sell-out performances. Originally scheduled to run through Saturday, October 15, the production will add performances on Friday, October 21 and Saturday, October 22 at 7:30 PM.

The North American tour of Disney’s The Lion King will welcome Peter Hargrave, Nick LaMedica and Khalifa White as Scar, Zazu and Nala, respectively. The new cast members will begin performances in Salt Lake City at The Eccles Theater, where the award-winning musical will play a four-week return engagement from Thursday, September 29 through Sunday, October 23, 2022. LaMedica and White begin performances on Thursday, September 29, while Hargrave debuts on Thursday, October 13.

Tracy Brigden has been named the Guthrie Theater’s Senior Artistic Producer and a member of the Senior Management Team. Before coming to the Guthrie, she served as Artistic Director at City Theatre in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, for 16 years.
