Proctors Collaborative has four new shows going on sale that are coming to Saratoga Springs and Schenectady in 2023. Tickets are available through the Box Office at Proctors, in person or via phone at 518-346-6204 Monday-Saturday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. or online at universalpreservationhall.org and proctors.org. Tickets for the following shows will be on sale Thursday, Nov. 17 at 10 a.m.

On October 27th at 7pm at Gallery MC, Composer Concordance and Marsyas productions present 'Person Place Thing', an interview show based on the idea that people are particularly engaging when they speak not directly about themselves but about something they care about.

The Emelin Theatre for the Performing Arts is celebrating its 50th anniversary year with a Gala on November 3 featuring Broadway Star Mandy Gonzalez (Hamilton, In The Heights, Wicked).

Alanis Morissette’ Such Pretty Forks in the Road and Giovannie and the Hired Guns’ Bad Habits will make their debut on cassette, along with My Morning Jacket’s much beloved Holiday offering, My Morning Jacket Does Xmas Fiasco Style. Berkeley Repertory Theatre has announced casting for the world premiere production of the ripple, the wave that carried me home by Christina Anderson, directed by Jackson Gay, and produced in association with Goodman Theatre. 

Tilted Axes: Music for Mobile Electric Guitars will open The 2022 Village Trip Festival with a musical procession beginning and ending at St. John's in the Village from 2:30pm to 4:00pm on Saturday, September 10th.

The complete cast and creative team have been announced for the first Broadway revival of August Wilson's The Piano Lesson at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre. Joining the cast are Nadia Daniel and Jurnee Elizabeth Swan. Rounding out the company are Shirine Babb, Charles Browning, Peter Jay Fernandez, Sharina Martin, Warner Miller, Doron JePaul Mitchell and Kim Sullivan.
