Wilbury Theatre Group presents the Rhode Island premiere of Tony-Award winner for Best Play (2016) The Humans by Stephen Karam, directed by Josh Short. Running November 17 – December 11, the production features Jim O'Brien, Jeanine Kane, Rachel Dulude, Jessie March, Dave Rabinow, & Carol Varden.

Wilbury Theatre Group will present Charlie Thurston's Lifted, a modern meditation on the Icarus myth, directed by Josh Short outdoors at WaterFire Arts Center, October 21 through November 13. The production features Daraja Hinds, Victor Neto and Jim O'Brien.
The Gamm Education Department presents Judy Moody & Stink: The Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad Treasure Hunt by Megan McDonald, adapted by Allison Gregory. Local actor, musician and playwright Dave Rabinow will direct adult actors in a variety of roles in this exciting stage adaptation based on the beloved, award-winning book series. This rollicking play for young audiences and their families finds Judy and Stink in a race to win the 'Pirate Challenge,' and give Judy more than a boring T-shirt to represent her amazing summer vacation.
The Gamm Education Department is pleased to present Charlie Bumpers vs. the Really Nice Gnome by Bill Harley, adapted and directed by Jessica Chace. Last season, a successful limited run of Charlie Bumpers vs. the Teacher of the Year launched Gamm Education Presents, the theater's first programming for young audiences. This second Gamm-Harley collaboration promises even more fun for the entire family in The Gamm's new, larger Warwick venue.
The Wilbury Theatre Group continues its 2015/16 season with the world premiere of a new play by playwright-in-residence Ben Jolivet, Cain + Abel, October 22-November 1, 2015. A fresh and imaginative re-telling of the classic story, Cain + Abel finds the two brothers mourning the loss of their father and questioning their places in a rapidly changing world. Fighting their way into the unknown the brothers reach an uneasy peace, until a mysterious traveler shows up and sacrifices need to be made.
The Wilbury Theatre Group will hold auditions for its 2015-16 season on Saturday, May 30 from 10:00am-5:00pm, and on Sunday May 31 from 12:00pm-5:00pm. Audition slots are limited and are available on a first-come first-serve basis. Auditions will be held at the The Wilbury Theatre Group, 393 Broad Street, Providence RI.
The Wilbury Theatre Group's Founding Artistic Director Josh Short has announced the Group's 2015-16 season, including a new drama from one of New York's most promising young playwrights, the world premiere of a new play by Wilbury playwright-in-residence Ben Jolivet, two of the most acclaimed off-Broadway musicals of the last few years, an irreverent new adaptation of Anton Chekhov's The Seagull, and the New England premiere of Jez Butterworth's Jerusalem.
