The Education Department of the Warner Theatre has announced the return of the Performance Lab program and their first production since our reopening, THE WEDDING SINGER, which will be performed in the Nancy Marine Studio Theatre March 4-6, 2022!

Studio Theatre Postpones SWEEPING PEOPLE, PLACES & THINGS To Fall 2022

Studio Theatre has announced today that it is postponing People, Places & Things, the production that was scheduled to inaugurate its new Victor Shargai Theatre under the direction of Artistic Director David Muse. Originally scheduled to open March 16, 2022, the production will now be part of Studio's 2022-2023 season and staged in the Fall. Patrons and subscribers have been notified of this change.

THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG Comes to the Studio Theatre Next Week

Welcome to opening night of the Cornley University Drama Society’s newest production, The Murder at Haversham Manor, where things are quickly going from bad to utterly disastrous. This 1920s whodunit has everything you never wanted in a show—an unconscious leading lady, a corpse that can’t play dead, and actors who trip over everything (including their lines).

The Met: Live in HD'S RIGOLETTO Postponed at Warner Theatre

Due to expected winter weather, the The Met: Live in HD presentation of Giuseppe Verdi’s RIGOLETTO originally scheduled for Saturday, January 29, has been postponed to an encore performance on Saturday, February 5 at 12:55 pm in the Nancy Marine Studio Theatre. All ticketholders will be contacted by the Box Office.

FST Postpones Opening Olivier Award-Winning Comedy, THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG, By Two Weeks

Florida Studio Theatre announces today that it is postponing opening its Mainstage production of The Play That Goes Wrong by two weeks due to COVID-related complications and delays in the rehearsal and tech process. This update follows an initial announcement made by the theatre on January 17, when it first postponed the opening of the production by one week.

Warner Theatre Art Submission Applications Accepted Until March 1

The scope of the project includes mural design and execution as well as window cling designs. The spaces vary in size based on the project. Work should be representative of the arts community and diversity in Torrington as well as the region.

World Premiere of DETAINED Announced At The Fountain Theatre

The Fountain Theatre presents a gripping new docudrama, a compilation of true stories that explores the rippling impact of mass deportations on families. The world premiere of Detained, written by 2021 Lorraine Hansberry Award-winning playwright France-Luce Benson and directed by Mark Valdez, winner of the 2021 Zelda Fichandler Award, opens February 19 at the Fountain Theatre.

Sarasota Orchestra Announces February Concerts
