Cob County loves its corn.  Or, so we are told by the storytellers in SHUCKED, the Tony nominated musical, now on stage at the Connor Palace Theatre, as part of the Key Bank Broadway series.

Broadway San Diego has announced hat tickets for Shucked, the Tony Award winning musical comedy, will go on sale this week, with performances set for this summer.

The Smith Center for the Performing Arts will offer a limited number of subscriptions to its latest lineup of Broadway productions – the 2024-2025 season of its popular and acclaimed Toyota Broadway Las Vegas Series. 

Indeed, when those one-liners and puns are not only corny but all about corn, you just may want to surrender and let the laughs burst like Jiffy Pop, as they are on the North American tour of “Shucked,” the musical being presented by Broadway in Boston at Citizens Opera House now through April 20.

PNC Broadway in Columbus and CAPA has announced the 2025-2026 Season, headlined by the Ohio premiere of HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD in the fall of 2025.

Theatre can be illustrative, informative, relevant, educational, emotional, edifying and useful as commentary on current events, past history, and predictive of the future. And sometimes, it’s just a damn funny good time with no redeeming social value whatsoever, and you don’t care because you’re so busy laughing your ass off. The latter is the case with “Shucked.”

The Bushnell announced the eight musicals that will comprise its 2025-2026 Broadway Series season, including SUFFS, Spamalot, Shucked, Water for Elephants and more.

Original down-home musical is an evening of a-maize-ing comedy!

Danielle Wade is lighting up the stage as Maizy in the national tour of SHUCKED. Best known for winning the “Over the Rainbow” TV reality competition, Wade has built an impressive career spanning Broadway, national tours, and regional theater.

OKC Broadway has announced its upcoming 2025/26 season lineup. The season will kick off this September with Kimberly Akimbo, which will be followed by The Book of Mormon, Elf, Beauty and the Beast, A Beautiful Noise, Hell's Kitchen, Shucked, and The Wiz.

The 2025-26 Season Lineup has been revealed for Broadway in Boise at the Velma V Morrison Center. The season will kick off with Shucked this October, and continue with MJ, Moulin Rouge!, The Lion King, Les Miserables, and Mamma Mia!

Shucked is a completely original musical set in the fictional Cob County. It tells an audacious farm-to-fable tale about the one thing Americans everywhere can't get enough of: corn. This project was partially derived from one of book writer Robert Horn's earlier projects, 2015's Moonshine: That Hee Haw Musical. Originally, the show was scheduled for a run in late 2020 at the National Theatre in Washington, D.C. Yet it was subsequently cancelled due to the COVID-19.

Performing Arts Fort Worth, the non-profit owner and operator of Bass Performance Hall, has revealed that tickets for MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL will go on sale this week!
