Jamie Dornan has joined the cast of Kristen Wiig and Annie Mumolo's Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

On the surface, in the tranquil seaside town of Monterey, California, everything seems the same. BIG LITTLE LIES returns Sunday, June 9 exclusively on HBO. The second season of this subversive, darkly comedic drama will explore the malignancy of lies, the durability of friendships, the fragility of marriage and the vicious ferocity of sound parenting. Relationships will fray, loyalties will erode…the potential for emotional and bodily injury shall loom. 

To celebrate the highly-anticipated return of the beloved HBO drama series, HBO has partnered with Equinox Fitness, the leaders in high performance luxury lifestyle, to implement BIG LITTLE LIES x “Best Stretch Ever” classes at 49 Equinox locations across the country, as well as rejuvenating, self-care themed premiere events in three Equinox locations: WASHINGTON, D.C. (5/30), IRVINE, CA (6/6) and DALLAS, TX (6/7). Guests at each of the three events will be treated to advance screenings and an evening of pampering.

When Big Little Lies premiered on HBO in 2017, the show went on to win multiple Emmy Awards, Golden Globes, DGA, WGA, SAG, and Critics Choice Awards. Now the second season of the hit series is set to premiere in June with returning stars Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Laura Dern, Zoe Kravitz, and Shailene Woodley, and newcomer to the series, Meryl Streep.

Don Most, known for his role as Ralph Malph in the hit TV show HAPPY DAYS, joins the all-star cast of the new play MIDDLETOWN, an exhilarating and universal depiction of love, life and friendship, and how each endures through the roller coaster of life. Launched in partnership with Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope, Pa., and Delaware Theatre Company in Wilmington, Del., MIDDLETOWN will premiere at these venues after a run at the Smith Center in Las Vegas starting March 31, 2019. Additional cities to be announced.

Xiuhtezcatl (pronounced Shoe-Tez-Caht), young and progressive hip-hop artist, made it into the public eye as an activist speaking out on critical issues including climate change and Indigenous rights. He also performed and supported the Standing Rock movement. When he first started to write bars, he initially meant them to be a creative outlet for his activism.  Xiuhtezcatl recalls “I saw this album serving as a call to action for the world. Calling my generation to overcome the limitations and boundaries our broken world has placed on us. Calling on our communities to break free from the oppression and injustice that we face.” But as the album and tracks progressed the artistic process took hold, and became less about his work as an activist, and more of a reflection of Xiuhtezcatl's growth and self-discovery as a young man and an artist. Xiuhtezcatl drops his powerful debut album, Break Free, out now and available everywhere.

The 22nd Annual “Hollywood Film Awards” brought together Hollywood's elite to honor the year's most talked about, and highly anticipated, actors, actresses, films and those who help bring them to life.  The awards ceremony, celebrating its 22nd anniversary as the official launch of the awards season, was hosted by actress and comedian Awkwafina, and took place at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills.  In its 22-year history, more than 320 of the world's biggest stars and filmmakers have been highlighted at the “Hollywood Film Awards” and more than 130 of the honorees have gone on to garner Oscar nominations and/or wins. 

The recently announced Stand-N-Vote event, available to live stream at www.standnvotelivestream.com at 8 pm (CT), will feature Dave Matthews, Mark Ruffalo and Native American performers such as Auntie Beachress, Lakota Thunder and the Dancers of the Northern Plains, Scotti Clifford & Spirits Cry, and Prolific the Rapper. Following the October 9 US Supreme Court decision to uphold North Dakota's new voter ID law, the event was organized by Native American organizations to help get out the vote. The law, upheld by the Supreme Court just weeks before the election, requires that all IDs used at the polls include a street address - thereby disenfranchising the many Native American voters who only have a P.O. Box on their tribal identification cards.
