The 2012 Film Independent Spirit Awards nominees have just been announced. Check out the full list below:

The 15th annual Hollywood Film Festival and Hollywood Film Awards, presented by Starz Entertainment, have announced that Oscar winner George Clooney will be honored with the 'Hollywood Actor Award' for his critically acclaimed performance in Alexander Payne's 'The Descendants.'

In addition, 'The Vampire Diaries' has seven nominations, while 'The Hangover Part II,' Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez each earned six nominations.

ABC Family has given new season orders to two of the network's hit series, 'The Secret Life of the American Teenager,' which has been renewed for a fourth season, and 'Pretty Little Liars,' which was picked-up for a second season. Actress Jane Lynch will appear at this year's Teen Choice Awards, which will air on Fox August 9 at 8pm, The Wrap reports. As previously reported on BroadwayWorld, Lynch's GLEE co-stars Chris Colfer, Kevin McHale, Cory Monteith, and Mark Salling will co-host the the show with Katy Perry.

Music sensations and TEEN CHOICE nominees Jason Derulo and Travie McCoy are set to perform at TEEN CHOICE 2010 airing Monday, Aug. 9 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. Derulo will sing his chart-topping single 'In My Head,' and McCoy will perform his smash hit 'Billionaire' with Bruno Mars.

New categories include Choice Movie Scene Stealer, Choice Celebrity Fashion Line, Choice Web Star, Choice Smile, Choice American Idol Alum, Choice Country Song, and Choice Country Album. 'Glee' and 'The Twilight Saga: New Moon' lead the second wave of Teen Choice 2010 nominees with 9 nominations each.
