Human Race Theatre Company has announced the lineup for its 34th season.

Broadway Licensing has secured approvals for live streaming over 400 plays from their Playscripts catalog.

Actors' Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre has announced the five Mainstage productions secured for its 2020 - 2021 Mainstage Season.

The Human Race, Dayton's premier professional theatre company, is excited to announce the 2020-2021 Season at the Loft Theatre. This, their 34th season of producing in the Miami Valley, emphasizes The Human Race's mission - to explore the human experience and promote enlightenment, inclusion and understanding through quality entertainment - with their Dayton Premieres.

River City Community Players presents Making God Laugh by Sean Grennan, with performances February 28 - March 8, 2020 (Friday and Saturday nights at 8:00 pm, Sunday afternoons at 2:30 pm, a talk-back discussion after the March 1 performance) at Chamberlayne Actors Theatre, 319 N. Wilkinson Road in Richmond.  

Sean Grennan's beautiful and heartwarming family comedy The Tin Woman will run on the Wimberley Players' stage from February 14th through March 8th.

The Fourth Act has announced a private industry reading for the new musical, THE TIN WOMAN, based on the Sean Grennan play of the same name. The private industry reading will be held in New York City on December 13, 2019.

Peninsula Players Theatre, America's oldest professional resident summer theater and Door County's theatrical icon, is proud to announce it has received a $20,000 award from The Shubert Foundation. The Shubert Foundation has awarded a record total of $30 million to 533 not-for-profit performing arts organizations across the United States since its inception. This marks the 38th consecutive year that the Foundation has increased its giving, including an additional $5,000 to Peninsula Players.

Peninsula Players Theatre, America's Oldest Professional Resident Summer Theatre and Door County's theatrical icon, is thrilled to announce the artistic company for its 84th season, running June 18 through October 20, 2019.  Nestled along Door County, Wisconsin's scenic shore, the award-winning acting company of Peninsula Players has been enthralling generations of audiences in its 600-plus seat, all-weather pavilion, since 1935, presenting hundreds of pre-Broadway tryouts, world premieres, classic dramas, comedies and musicals.

Kicking off their 66th theatre season, The Naples Players (TNP) announce the 2019-2020 theatre season. Join the Buck Creek Players as they continue their 45th season of quality theater with MAKING GOD LAUGH, an Indianapolis premiere play by Sean Grennan. Showing at the playhouse, 11150 Southeastern Avenue, for a limited two-weekend run, March 29th through April 7th, curtain times are at 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, with 2:30 p.m. matinees on Sundays.

For those of you who have never been to a production by The Florentine Players, you are in for a treat. It's small town dinner theater. The stage is located at the front of a large space filled with long tables in the Florence City Hall off State Street. At the back of the room is a canteen where you can buy popcorn, cookies, or nachos and a variety of other things. There is a beverage bar in the hallway. It's cozy. It's neighborly. And that's what makes this production of MAKING GOD LAUGH so great.

Firebrand Theatre is pleased to announce award-winning actress Barbara E. Robertson will star as Anna (Annie) Edson Taylor in its Chicago premiere of QUEEN OF THE MIST featuring book, music and lyrics by Michael John LaChiusa (The Wild Party, Marie Christine) direction by Elizabeth Margolius and music direction by Charlotte Rivard-Hoster. The interns have the opportunity to work alongside members of Actors' Equity Association, the union of professional actors and stage managers; members of United Scenic Artists, the union of scenic, lighting, sound and costume design; and members of the Stage Director and Choreographers Society.

Lookingglass Theatre Company announces an extension of 20,000 Leagues Under the Seas adapted by David Kersnar and Althos Low, from the books by Jules Verne, directed by Ensemble Member David Kersnar. Due to high ticket demand, additional dates, August 30 - September 9, 2018, have been added. 20,000 Leagues Under the Seas plays at Lookingglass Theatre Company, located inside Chicago's historic Water Tower Water Works, 821 N. Michigan Ave. at Pearson. This marks the second and final extension of the production.
