The Hollywood Reporter writes that Universal Pictures has picked up Sony's dropped Steve Jobs biopic at a cost of more than $30 million. The film stars Michael Fassbender as the Apple co-founder.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Sony Pictures has let go of its upcoming Steve JOBS biopic, which would have stared Michael Fassbender as the Apple mogul.

According to the New York Times, the proposal for the $170 million park, which would be built on a multilevel platform 186 feet off the shoreline of the Hudson River, includes 'a series of wooded nooks and three performance venues, including an amphitheater.' The park, which would be called Pier 55, would replace Pier 54, a flat 875-foot structure that has been gradually sinking into the river.
