For nearly 15 years, Go Comedy! Improv Theater has been a cornerstone of improv and sketch comedy in metro Detroit. From impacting the lives of more than 1,000 students in Go U! The Improv Academy to being the home of hundreds of improvisers, Go Comedy! has positively influenced Metro Detroit and beyond.

Go Comedy! is bringing two original comedies to its line-up of hilarious shows and events this month. Playing Wednesday evenings through May 31, the theater's resident Launch Group, Gemini Junior, will present its original sketch comedy, Good-Time Gem Show.

Full cast and crew have been announced for Artemisia's world premiere production of EVERY WAITING HEART. The drama will be performed at The Den in June 2020 and directed by Artemisia Founding Artistic Director Julie Proudfoot.

The Shakespeare Project of Chicago continues its 25th Theatrical Reading Season with free performances of Shakespeare's romantic tragedy ROMEO AND JULIET, running Feb. 21-27, 2020, at eight Chicago-area venues.

After celebrating its TENTH anniversary this month, Go Comedy! Improv Theater will open its 9th original holiday revue, Grandma Got Ran Over By The QLine, this Friday night with performances through December 22. The hilarious new production joins a host of shows on the theater's holiday schedule. It was another Wilde night at West Bloomfield's Berman Center for the Performing Arts, as Michigan's professional theater community came together for The 15th Annual Wilde Awards presented by EncoreMichigan.com.
