Broadway In Detroit to Host Tony Awards Viewing Party at Maple Kitchen

Broadway In Detroit will join with The Maple Theater & Kitchen in Bloomfield Township to present a Tony Awards viewing party on Sunday, June 11 starting at 6:30pm.

"We are very excited to partner with our friends at The Maple Theater and Kitchen to host this exciting event," states Scott Myers, Director of Corporate Sales & Marketing for Broadway In Detroit. "Last year we hosted our first ever viewing party with them and the response was phenomenal, we're looking forward to a bigger, better event this year."

To roll out the red carpet, the Maple Kitchen is offering pre-show dinner packages at $45 or $20 per person. Dinner packages are $45 with a 6:30pm seating. Dinner includes a three course meal, dessert sweets table, with unlimited popcorn and soda throughout the evening. A Dessert only package is $20 and includes access to the restaurant's sweets table starting at 7:15pm and unlimited popcorn and soda. Tony Awards dinner guests will receive a Fisher Theatre gift bag. At 8:00pm, dining guests will move to the theater to watch the awards live on one of the Maple screens.

As they have done for the past six years, Broadway In Detroit will also host an interactive event on the company's Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram platforms. The social media event will occur simultaneously with the live viewing party with commentary, contests, and ticket and gift certificate giveaways.
