Award-winning theatre director and producer Jonathan Church CBE, has announced the launch of a new production company Jonathan Church Theatre Productions supported by Trafalgar Entertainment's Joint CEOs Sir Howard Panter and Dame Rosemary Squire.
As BroadwayWorld reported last week, Rupert Everett recently joined the cast of the upcoming Broadway revival of Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? alongside two-time Tony Award and three-time Emmy Award winner Laurie Metcalf. Directed by two-time Tony Award winner Joe Mantello, and also starring Russell Tovey and 2019 Olivier Award winner Patsy Ferran, the production will begin its strictly limited engagement on Monday, March 2, 2020, with an official opening night set for Thursday, April 2, 2020 at the Booth Theatre.

Theatre Royal Bath Productions today releases production images for Uncle Vanya, which sees Rupert Everett direct his first stage play and lead the cast in Chekhov's theatrical masterpiece in a new version by renowned playwright and screenwriter David Hare. Blithe Spirit will run from 13 June to 6 July with opening night for press on 19 June, followed by Uncle Vanya from 18 July to 3 August with opening night for press on 24 July, both in the Main House. Further casting and the full summer programme will be announced in due course.
