PAY THE WRITER Begins Previews Sunday, August 13 With Sold-Out WGA Benefit Performance

Previews for Pay the Writer will begin this Sunday, August 13 at 7:30 PM with a sold-out performance benefiting Writers Guild of America. Due to the overwhelming support shown for the show and WGA, the producers have added two additional benefit performances on Monday, August 14 at 7:30 PM and Sunday, August 20 at 2:00 PM.

New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) presents the New York Premiere of NYTW Usual Suspect Mfoniso Udofia's runboyrun, directed by Loretta Greco (The Story), and In Old Age, directed by Awoye Timpo (Good Grief). The two plays will be performed together as one evening of work. These two new chapters of Udofia's sweeping, nine-part saga, The Ufot Cycle, build on the 2017 productions of Sojourners and Her Portmanteau, celebrating the tenacious matriarch of a Nigerian family. 

Full Cast Announced for RUNBOYRUN & IN OLD AGE

New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) announces the full cast and creative team for the New York Premiere of NYTW Usual Suspect Mfoniso Udofia's runboyrun, directed by Loretta Greco (The Story), and In Old Age, directed by Awoye Timpo (Good Grief). The two plays will be performed together as one evening of work.

NETWORK Will Host Post-Show Talkback March 20

Network will host a post-show talk back on Wednesday, March 20 following the 7pm performance in partnership with American Express. Participants include NETWORK stars Bryan Cranston (All The Way, "Breaking Bad"), Tony Goldwyn ("Scandal," Promises, Promises) and Tatiana Maslany ("Orphan Black," Mary Page Marlowe). New York Times culture reporter and author of Mad as Hell: The Making of 'Network' and the Fateful Vision of the Angriest Man in Movies Dave Itzkoff will moderate.

NETWORK Extends Broadway Run Through June

The National Theatre production of NETWORK, produced by David Binder, the National Theatre, Patrick Myles, David Luff, Ros Povey and Lee Menzies, will extend performances through Saturday, June 8, 2019 at the Belasco Theatre (111 West 44th Street). This is the second and final extension for the limited engagement. Starring Bryan Cranston (All The Way, "Breaking Bad"), Tony Goldwyn ("Scandal," Promises, Promises) and Tatiana Maslany ("Orphan Black," Mary Page Marlowe), NETWORK officially opened to rave reviews on Thursday, December 6, 2018.
