The newly renovated State Theatre New Jersey presents the critically acclaimed production of Paddington Gets in a Jam on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 1pm. Tickets range from $15-$65. A fun filled comedy for the whole family, the stage show of Paddington Gets in a Jam was created and directed by Jonathan Rockefeller. The production has garnered a Drama Desk and Off-Broadway alliance nomination for Best Family Show, as well as the coveted New York Times’ Critic’s Pick.

As previously announced Starr will commence the first leg of shows this Spring on May 27 in Canada at Casino Rama concluding on June 26 in Clearwater Florida. The tour will resume in the Fall on September 23 in Bridgeport, Connecticut and end on October 20 in Mexico City.

Singer-songwriter Franky Perez confirms his fifth solo album Crossing the Great Divide. The track “The Great Divide,” alongside an accompanying video, are out now, featuring cellist Eicca Toppinen of Apocalyptica and drummer Matt Chamberlain (Bob Dylan, Brandi Carlile, Fiona Apple, Bruce Springsteen).

Stories on Stage concludes this season with Good Day Sunshine at Su Teatro Cultural and Performing Arts Center, 721 Santa Fe Drive on Sunday, May 1 at 2 p.m. Virtual performance begins On Friday, May 6 at 7:00 p.m. and will be available for viewing any time thereafter. The Birdland Jazz Club and Theater has released their programming from March 28th through April 10th. Artists appearing at Birdland Jazz Club include Emmet’s Place: Emmet Cohen Trio Featuring Special Guests, Ed Neumeister’s Assembláge Jazz Orchestra, Ravi Coltrane Quartet, and John Minnock with Dave Liebman.

It took a global pandemic to sideline the world's largest and longest-running annual celebration of The Beatles, but after two long years and several Virtual Fests in between, The Fest For Beatles Fans is back!  The NY Metro Fest takes over the Hyatt Regency in Jersey City for three days of peace & love April 1, 2, 3.  In keeping with the times, this year's Fest will be both in-person AND virtual, making it now possible for everyone to enjoy no matter where they are.
