Produced by The Town Hall,, the festival wass created, written and hosted by Scott Siegel. The evening was also co-hosted by Lorna Luft, Susan Stroman.

THE TOWN HALL'S Seventh Annual Broadway Cabaret Festival concludes with A TRIBUTE TO JUDY GARLAND AND THE ART OF AMERICAN DANCE on Friday, October 28th at 8pm.

Details have just been released on concerts featuring Broadway legends Elaine Stritch and Lorna Luft at New York City's Town Hall. Stritch will appear on October 22at 8Pm, while Luft will tribute Judy Garland and Gene Kelly on October 28 at 8PM.
