Barry Diller and Sonia Friedman today announce the extension of the critically acclaimed West End production of Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird – a new play by Aaron Sorkin – with the production now running at the Gielgud Theatre until 19 November, 2022.

Aaron Sorkin’s hit Broadway adaptation of Harper Lee’s seminal 1960 novel has finally reached us, following Covid delays and a few real-life legal dramas. Lee’s estate sued Sorkin for making changes to the characters, while the since publicly disgraced (and removed) Mockingbird producer Scott Rudin bullied every other adaptation of Lee’s book off the stage.

Marc-André Bougie Named Honorary Composer/Conductor At MidAmerica Productions

After a 15-year collaboration, MidAmerica Productions (MAP) has named Marc-André Bougie from Texarkana, Texas, one of its Honorary Composer/Conductors. He joins a roster which comprises only three other distinguished composer/conductors: Michael J. Glasgow (North Carolina), Terre Johnson (Georgia), and Michael John Trotta (New Jersey).

Hard/Femme Dances Presents MAIN CHARACTER SYNDROME

Hard/Femme Dances and Emerging Artists Theatre will present MAIN CHARACTER SYNDROME choreographed by Kelsey Rondeau. The workshop production is part of the 2022 New Work Series. Performance takes place at TADA Theatre in Manhattan on April 6th, 2022 at 7:00PM.

All new photos have been released of the West End production of To Kill a Mockingbird. The production will open at the Gielgud Theatre on 31 March 2022, with previews from 10 March. This new play by Aaron Sorkin is based on Harper Lee’s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, and directed by Bartlett Sher.

Zoe Wees Shares New Single 'Lonely'

Wees wrote “Lonely” with Patrick Pyke Salmy, Ricardo Muñoz and Hight, who collaborated with her on “Girls Like Us,” which was highlighted in this feature from Dusty Springfield and Otis Redding onward, in the “Music Issue” of The New York Times Magazine. Salmy and Muñoz produced “Lonely” and Serban Ghenea mixed the song.

Los Angeles Singer/Songwriter Teddy Grossman Releases Debut Album

LA-based singer/songwriter Teddy Grossman has released his highly anticipated debut album Soon Come, which was a lifetime in the making. Although a lifelong music lover and maker, pursuing a career in music was put on the back burner. After a decade of his own music playing second fiddle to the life of a traveling salesman, Grossman picked up everything and moved to Los Angeles, where he soon began recording what would become, Soon Come, leaving behind his job and former life along the way.

David Moorst's acting credits range from A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Bridge Theatre and Violence and On at the Royal Court to TV shows like Killing Eve and Grantchester and films Peterloo and Waiting for the Barbarians. His current project is Aaron Sorkin's stage adaptation of Harper Lee's seminal novel, now playing at the Gielgud Theatre in London's West End. Moorst plays Dill Harris, best friend of the novel's narrator Scout Finch. The cast also features Rafe Spall as Atticus Finch, Gwyneth Keyworth as Scout, and Harry Redding as Jem Finch.
