TheatreWorks Silicon Valley has announced its 53rd season to be presented October 2023 through June 2024.

Regina Hall (GIRLS TRIP, SCARY MOVIE Franchise, “Black Monday”) will star and produce, with her producing partner Tom Heller, through their Rh Negative Entertainment, alongside Jordan Yale Levine and Jordan Beckerman of Yale Entertainment.  Strouse (THE INCREDIBLE JESSICA JAMES, PEOPLE PLACES THINGS) is directing from his original screenplay.

AGBO, the independent studio headed by Anthony and Joe Russo and producer Mike Larocca, has announced that Angela Russo-Otstot has been promoted to Chief Creative Officer. Russo-Otstot, formerly AGBO's President of Creative, will continue to oversee development of all AGBO projects, many of which extend from storytelling “universes” that span film, television, gaming, audio, and publishing.

Presenters will include Berla Mundi, Joselyn Dumas, Michaela Coel, Nomzamo Mbatha and Sabrina Dhowre Elba. Global Citizen Festival: NYC will feature performances by Metallica, Charlie Puth, Jonas Brothers, MÅNESKIN, Mariah Carey, Mickey Guyton and Rosalía with Angélique Kidjo and Billy Porter, and be hosted by Priyanka Chopra Jonas.

Producers of the Broadway play Chicken & Biscuits announced that the production will resume performances on Friday, November 19, 2021, before playing a final performance of its limited engagement at Circle in the Square Theatre (235 West 50th Street) on Sunday, November 28, 2021.
