Join jazz artist Stephanie Nakasian for a Cabaret-Jazz Master Class in Boca Raton.

I don’t know if Peggy Lee ever performed in Del Ray Beach but last night Ann Hampton Callaway masterly brought the music and life of the sultry-voiced Jazz singer of ‘Fever’ to a packed audience in the Arts Garage.  The patrons were in for an added treat as Ann, who is also a gifted pianist accompanied herself for this engagement.

As the old joke goes “he has a face for radio”….Well, Bob Merrill, Legends Radio host and interviewer, also has the face, demeanor, and musicianship to be a vocalist/bandleader. He brought the group Sunnnyside Swing to the Persson Hall at The Kravis Center last night for an evening of hits from The Great American Songbook. 

Rob Russell survived the pandemic and two heart operations this past year so his return to the stage caused a joyous celebration last night at the Pelican Cafe Cabaret.   His Palm Beach fans gave him a standing ovation as they sang “It’s so nice to have you back where you belong” to “Mr. Palm Beach”.

Billy Stritch brought the musical elegance of his wildly successful internet show “Billy’s Place” to the glamorous Cabaret Room at The Wick Theatre last night. Billy Stritch recently sailed from his usual NYC docks at The Carlyle and Birdland and was welcomed by hundreds of music connoisseurs on the Shores of Velencia and Frenchman's Creek Beach Club in Florida. The show at Velencia Shores was headlined,'Billy Stritch & Friends' and the super singer friends that Billy brought along were Deborah Silver, Emmanuelle Adda and Josh Young. Jim Caruso, Billy's special good friend and partner in all things musical fun also joined him for the special Florida entertainment event.
