Broadway Records today announced that Hayden Tee: Face to Face will be released digitally and in stores on Friday, November 8, 2019. The album is currently available for pre-order at www.BroadwayRecords.com and Amazon.com.

Hayden Tee, the New Zealand star acclaimed for his role as Miss Trunchbull in the Royal Shakespeare Company's Matilda The Musical, as well as high profile performances on Broadway, Australia and beyond, releases his first album dedicated to musical theatre. 

'Matilda The Musical' will open the 2019/2020 Season at The Growing Stage (TGS), The Children's Theatre of New Jersey. Broadwayworld.com had the pleasure of interviewing Sean Quigley who plays Miss Trunchbull in the show.

Australian actor Josh Piterman has recently taken over the leading role in the West End production of The Phantom of the Opera, celebrating its 33rd year at Her Majesty's Theatre. He spoke to BroadwayWorld about playing the 'Angel of Music'.

'West End Does' has announced, following a terrifyingly terrific Halloween Concert last year at the Fortune Theatre, that 'West End Does: Halloween' is back for its second year on Sunday 27th October (2pm & 6pm). They join the previously announced Michael Ball as Javert, Alfie Boe as Jean Valjean, Carrie Hope Fletcher as Fantine, Matt Lucas as Thenardier, Rob Houchen as Marius, Bradley Jaden as Enjolras, Katy Secombe as Madame Thenardier and, for three performances a week, John Owen-Jones as Jean Valjean.

It has been announced that former X Factor contestant Shan Ako and newcomer Lily Kerhoas will be storming the barricade in the limited concert engagement of Les Miserables at the Gielgud Theatre.

Once again, West End Live drew huge crowds to Trafalgar Square at the weekend to enjoy free performances from London's biggest musicals. The stage was set up at the foot of Nelson's Column, with stands in front of the National Gallery and stalls all around the Square.
