Pilot Theatre, in association with Northern Stage and York Theatre Royal, have announced full casting for their forthcoming production of A Song for Ella Grey, Zoe Cooper's new adaptation of David Almond's (Skellig) award-winning novel, a contemporary retelling of the Orpheus myth directed by Esther Richardson.

A revival of a hugely popular production of The 39 Steps can be seen at Scarborough’s Stephen Joseph Theatre this summer. The show played to packed houses at the North Yorkshire theatre in 2018. The revival is a co-production with Keswick’s Theatre by the Lake. See photos of the production below!

The Royal Shakespeare Company’s (RSC) 2022 production of All’s Well That Ends Well will be broadcast on Sky Arts (Freeview Channel 11) on Monday 3 July at 8pm.

Shuck 'n' Jive has had quite a rapid journey. I was first introduced to the play whilst on my first day of rehearsals for another show. I requested a copy of the script and devoured it one weekend - I felt it was something special. I had a kinship with the writers, Cassiopeia Berkeley-Agyepong and Simone Ibbett-Brown, in their love for musicals, 90s children's TV and Viola Davis.
