Sundance Now has announced its September slate.

SUNDANCETVs fast-paced, multi-layered drama The Split is set to return on Wednesday, May 21 at 12 AM ET.   

The National Theatre today announces nine productions that will play on the South Bank in 2020-2021 alongside previously announced shows. These run alongside our international touring productions, three plays that will tour to multiple venues across the UK and a West End transfer. The NT also announces today that it will increase the quantity of low-price tickets on the South Bank by 25%, with 250,000 available across the year at £20 or less.

The Theatre Group at SBCC continues the 19/20 season with the touching play THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME, by Simon Stephens, based on the novel by Mark Haddon, February 26-March 14, 2020 in the Garvin Theatre, directed by Katie Laris.

Last night (30 November 2017), the West End Company of Annie officially welcomed Meera Syal who now plays the role of Miss Hannigan in the hit musical at the Piccadilly Theatre. Syal celebrated with friends and family, including Lolita Chakrabarti, Sean Foley, Nitin Ganatra, Twiggy and Leigh Lawson and Nicola Walker, as well as fellow cast members. Syal will play the role of Miss Hannigan for the duration of the run which concludes, as previously announced, on 18 February 2018 at the Piccadilly Theatre.

The Almeida Theatre today launches the second series of Figures of Speech, its major digital film project interrogating the vitality of speech, the power of performance, and what visionary leadership sounds like.
