MCC Theater just celebrated opening night of Space Dogs, a new musical written by and starring Van Hughes (Burn All Night) and Nick Blaemire (Glory Days). Directed by Ellie Heyman (amfAR's Angels in America), Space Dogs will now run through Sunday March 13 at MCC Theater (511 W 52nd Street).

Award-winning stand-up comedian Alex Edelman's acclaimed one-man-show, Just For Us, has extended three weeks, now playing at the Cherry Lane Theatre (38 Commerce Street, NYC) through January 8, 2022. The show, directed by Adam Brace and presented by Mike Birbiglia, opened just last night!

GHOSTLIGHT RECORDS has announced the release of the original cast album of the new musical Space Dogs on January 28, 2022. The show features music and lyrics by Van Hughes and Nick Blaemire, who also perform the show. Space Dogs will debut at New York’s MCC Theater, directed by Ellie Heyman, from January 11 to February 20, 2022.

Fellow 11th Hour co-founder and previous Artistic Associate Steve Pacek will be appointed as the Transitional Artistic Director this fall. As someone who has been with the company since its inception, 11th Hour is glad to retain the institutional knowledge and passion of Pacek. Pacek also brings the added benefit of expertise gained from a national and international theatre career, as well as a long history of service as the longest-serving board member of Theatre Philadelphia.
