Hudson Theatre Works will open on October 7th with Bunnies by New Jersey Playwright, Joanne Hoersch.  Bunnies tells the story of five Playboy Bunnies, who n 1973, at the New York Playboy Club, find themselves uplifted by the rise of feminism, haunted by the GoodBar murder and conflicted about their jobs as sex symbols, while they bond in humor and compassion over the course of one evening. 

Diane Kruger and Ray Nicholson will star in new film 'Out of the Blue' from Neil LaBute. The new thriller is being called a 'contemporary tale of passionate love, deceit and the perfect murder.'

BLACKBIRD: Francesca Ravera & Lenny Grossman star in David Harrower's gripping drama, directed by Kim T. Sharp starting September 14 at New Ohio Theatre.

It was announced today that the 160-seat off-Broadway theater located at 555 West 42nd Street (between 10th & 11th Avenues) will reopen this fall rechristened as Theater 555. Unused since the start of the Covid pandemic in March 2020, the theater was the home of the Signature and Pearl Theater Company’s.

The Reading Series has announced their next production, Neil LaBute's acclaimed drama THE MERCY SEAT, which will take place on Tuesday, June 15th at 8:00pm, benefiting The Actors Fund. 

The Reading Series has announced their next production, completing Neil LaBute's beauty trilogy with REASONS TO BE PRETTY HAPPY, which will now take place on Thursday, April 29th at 8pm (rescheduled from the 30th). The company has previously produced REASONS TO BE PRETTY as well as REASONS TO BE HAPPY.

RED BULL THEATER today announced that its offerings will continue on Monday May 3rd at 7:30 PM with a RemarkaBULL Podversation, Exploring CYMBELINE with Lily Rabe. She will join host Nathan Winkelstein, Red Bull’s Associate Artistic Director, for a conversation focused on an essential passage from Shakespeare's Cymbeline.

The company has previously produced REASONS TO BE PRETTY and will complete LaBute’s beauty trilogy with REASONS TO BE PRETTY HAPPY on Friday, April 30th. 

New Light Theater Project will present The Jackson C. Frank Listening Party w/ Special Guests, written by Michael Aguirre and directed by Sarah Norris. The show begins streaming on Monday, March 29 for a limited engagement through Sunday, April 11. Presented as part of 59E59 Theaters Plays In Place program, tickets are free with a suggested donation of $15.
