For those aged 30 and under, there will be exclusive £20 and £30 tickets in the stalls and dress circle available for every Sunday matinee as part of The Doctor's commitment to audience development.

Adam Kay, the multi award-winning writer of the bestselling book This is Going to Hurt, which was recently adapted for the BBC starring Ben Whishaw, will be part of a post-show Q&A, following a performance of the critically acclaimed play, The Doctor.

There is a kettle on stage for much of Robert Icke’s The Doctor. It is one of the few props in this loose adaptation of Arthur Schnitzler’s 1912 play Professor Bernhardi, which was first staged at the Almeida Theatre in 2019 and now receives its delayed revival in the West End. And the kettle’s conspicuousness is not for nothing: like the water boiling in it, Icke’s medical ethics drama gradually increases in heat and reaches a point of scorching intensity, leaving no one unscathed.

The Doctor, by Robert Icke, very freely adapted from Professor Bernhardi by Arthur Schnitzler, opened at the Almeida in August 2019, with Juliet Stevenson in the title role. This is their third collaboration together to transfer to the West End. Get a first look at photos here!

The sinister chords of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds' 'Red Right Hand' ring out as Tommy Shelby stands, flanked by family members, with the light glinting from the razor blade sewn into his wool tweed cap. It's a scene familiar to any fan of the global hit TV show Peaky Blinders. But something's different - this Tommy Shelby can dance.

Rambert has released production photos for Peaky Blinders: The Redemption of Thomas Shelby, a dance theatre show written and adapted for the stage by Peaky Blinders’ creator Steven Knight and choreographed and directed by Rambert’s Artistic Director Benoit Swan Pouffer, inspired by the TV series produced and owned by Caryn Mandabach Productions.

Joining the previously announced, Juliet Stevenson, and returning to the production are Christopher Osikanlu Colquhoun (The Lion King), Mariah Louca (Best Of Enemies), Daniel Rabin(King Lear), Naomi Wirthner (An Evening At The Talkhouse) and Hannah Ledwidge on drums.

Killing Eve star Jodie Comer is coming to Broadway! The Emmy and BAFTA winner will make her Broadway debut in Prima Facie, a new play by Suzie Miller, directed by Justin Martin.

It is doubtful that Prima Facie would have received the same pre-show hype if Jodie Comer had not been making her West End stage debut in the production. The transition from screen to stage is littered with fallen idols, but fans can rest assured that the play and Comer’s performance is worth getting excited about.

Frantic Assembly has announced plans for the new year and beyond including an autumn UK tour for their landmark production of Othello revisited for 2022 and more relevant than ever, a thrilling new take on Kafka's Metamorphosis to open in 2023, and the launch of Frantic Assembly STUDIO, an innovative new digital resource platform for teaching drama in secondary schools. 

In a world where people are being displaced every day, with very little news coverage on the seriousness of the situation, Kate Prince MBE imagines a fictional story of a family trying to find a place to call a new home. The touring programme includes theatre with Nouveau Riche's dance-theatre piece, Resonate, written and performed by Ntonga Mwanza; Lung Theatre's Who Cares by Matt Woodhead which explores the experience of young carers; the bike-powered family comedy, How to Save a Rock, written by Conky Kampfner, Alex Rugman and Pigfoot; and Tim Crouch's reimagining of Shakespeare's Twelfth Night from the point of view of its most notoriously abused steward in I, Malvolio.
