After nine days, 84 feature films and 59 short films, the juries have deliberated and the audience has voted, and Friday night the 2022 Sundance Film Festival’s Awards were announced. The award-winning films will screen online on the Festival platform on Saturday, January 29 and Sunday, January 30. Tickets for all award screening films are now on sale.

THE PLOT AGAINST AMERICA, a limited series based on the acclaimed Philip Roth novel of the same name, imagines an alternate American history during World War II, told through the eyes of a working-class Jewish family in New Jersey as they endure the political rise of Charles Lindbergh, an aviator-hero and xenophobic populist, who captures the presidency and turns the nation toward fascism. Created by frequent collaborators David Simon and Ed Burns (HBO's “The Wire” and “Generation Kill”), the six-part limited series THE PLOT AGAINST AMERICA debuts MONDAY, MARCH 16 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET/PT), exclusively on HBO.

HBO has found two leading ladies for its upcoming series from Julian Fellowes, The Gilded Age. Stage and screen stars Christine Baranski and Cynthia Nixon will play sisters Agnes van Rhijn and Ava Brook respectively.

USA Network today announced that SUITS' ninth and final season, and new spinoff series, PEARSON, will premiere back-to-back on Wednesday, July 17 at 9/8c and 10/9c respectively.
