Ensemble Theatre Company presents the third show of its 2021-2022 season, Nancy Travis (“Last Man Standing, “The Kominsky Method,” “Three Men and a Baby”) starring as Lillian, by David Cale and directed by Jonathan Fox. 

Based on the book “A Great Improvisation: Franklin, France, and the Birth of America” by Pulitzer Prize winner Stacy Schiff, the new limited event series is a co-production between ITV Studios America and Apple Studios. The drama will explore the thrilling story of one of the greatest gambles of Benjamin Franklin’s career.

This legitimate Broadway Baby and veteran of TV and Film makes her solo debut at Broadway’s living room. Sharon will share showbiz stories and soar through a stellar musical journey of her career, singing songs from her roles in Caroline, or Change; Jekyll and Hyde; Dreamgirls; Rent; and The Wiz; as well as some of her original tunes.

White.   George’s career includes not only his 37 years as President of the O’Neill and Chairman of its Board of Trustees, but also numerous activities and accomplishments in theater throughout the world.

AARP The Magazine announced that Lily Tomlin will receive this year’s Movies for Grownups Career Achievement Award. Tomlin is the recipient of eight Emmy Awards, two Tony Awards, a Grammy Award, and more. She will be honored at the 20th Anniversary Special of the annual Movies for Grownups® (MFG) Awards hosted by Alan Cumming.
