 An all-male Twelfth Night and a Romeo and Juliet comprised of female and non-binary artists have been cast for Seattle Shakespeare Company's free Wooden O productions which start performances on Thursday, July 11.

The Acting Company (Founded by John Houseman and Margot Harley; Ian Belknap, Artistic Director; Elisa Spencer-Kaplan, Executive Director) announced casting today for the next reading in the 23rd John McDonald Salon Reading Series, Jessica Swale's Olivier Award-winning, music-filled comedy Nell Gwynn. The reading will take place on Monday, June 24 at 7 PM at the Mainstage Theater at Playwrights Horizons (416 W. 42nd Street, New York, NY). Free Entertainment Returns To The Marcus Center's Peck Pavilion

Live @ Peck Pavilion returns to the Marcus Performing Arts Center grounds this summer. The season will run from June 26 through September 5 with each day of the series featuring a different program focus. Optimist Theatre: Shakespeare in the Park returns to Peck Pavilion from June 26-July 13 with their presentation of The Comedy of Errors. Community Partners, Milwaukee Ballet's Ballet Beat, True Skool Block Party and Milwaukee Fringe Festival, also return this summer. All events in Peck Pavilion are free and open to the public.

Six Appeal Win Worldwide A Capella Competition, Announce New EP

Six Appeal Vocal Band are thrilled to announce their second consecutive Grand Prize win at the 2019 Moscow Spring A Cappella Festival. While in Russia, Six Appeal filmed three music videos as part of a five-song visual EP, aptly titled Euro EP, to be released later this year, which tells the story of the band's first European tour through both audio and video. The videos were shot throughout Moscow, Catalonia, and even (albeit, illegally) in and around Red Square.
