Cast Announced For SING ME A SONG By Michael Brown at Feinstein's/54 Below

Performers announced for the special show - Sing Me A Song a?' words & music by Michael Brown to be presented on Sunday, December 8th at 2:30pm at Feinstein's/54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club, (254 West 54th Street NYC 10019). Join us as we celebrate the songs of Michael Brown. With music director Michael Lavine at the piano, and Drums: Chip Fabrizi, Guitar: Marc Daine and Bass: John Loehrke. The outstanding cast of musical theatre veterans includes: Michele Ragusa (Broadway musicals: Gypsy, Ragtime, Titanic, Urinetown, Young Frankenstein); T. Oliver Reid (Award winning cabaret and Broadway artist, Hadestown, Once On This Island, Sunset Boulevard); Matthew Scott (Broadway: An American In Paris, A Catered Affair, Jersey Boys, Sondheim On Sondheim); and Deborah Tranelli (Multiple Bistro Awards, TV 11 seasons a?oeDallasa??, recently Bridges of Madison County). The Actors Fund in association with Universal Theatrical Group and Margaret Styne will present a one-night only concert presentation of the holiday classic Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol on Monday, December 16 at 7:30 p.m. at the Gerald W. Lynch Theater at John Jay College (524 W. 59th St.). The evening will be directed by Carl Andress with choreography by Nathan Peck, based on original choreography by Marcos Santana. Grammy Award® and Emmy Award® winner John McDaniel has written new orchestrations for the score and will serve at the evening's music director.

Based on a true story, Evan Placey's debut play Mother of Him tells the story of a Canadian teenager under house arrest while he waits for his hearing. We eventually discover that Matthew (Scott Folan) has raped several girls at a sorority house along with a friend. Although we don't see the world outside - every time the front door opens, there are flashes from the paparazzi cameras and shouts from journalists who are camped outside the family home.

Broadway Dreams once again demonstrated the unifying power of the arts when the internationally renowned performing arts education program sent a team of Broadway professionals to Moscow, Russia for the fourth consecutive year. Through a landmark partnership created between the non-profit organization, Broadway Moscow Theatre Company, the U.S. Embassy, and the U.S. Department of State, Broadway Dreams offered their unique brand of Broadway master classes to professional and aspiring Russian musical theater performers of all ages during a ten-day intensive program. The collaboration culminated in two public performances at the MDM Theatre on Wednesday, April 24, 2019.
