Tony Award nominee Mary Bridget Davies (A Night with Janis Joplin) will star in Virginia Woolf’s A Room of One’s Own on Saturday, October 1, 2022, at 7:00pm at Joe’s Pub channeling her powerful voice and presence in the play with original music.

Joe’s Pub has announced fall programming. This season presents incredible performances from Latine artists: Afro-Cuban jazz grooves from Dayramir González, an evening of Latin alternative music with Jessica Medina & Mai-Elka Prado, and more.

La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts & McCoy Rigby Entertainment will present Sally Struthers starring as “Frau Blücher” in the Southern California premiere of Mel Brooks’ YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN. Mel Brooks’ YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN will preview on Friday, September 16 at 8 pm & Saturday, September 17 at 2 pm (with a press opening on Saturday, September 17 at 8 pm.

Tomorrow, October 23, Broadway Records will release of the Original Concept Recording of Night of the Living Dead! The Musical! The album will be available everywhere digital music is sold.

Tony nominee Mary Bridget Davies, best known for her onstage work channeling the late rock icon Janis Joplin, will release an album of compellingly reimagined songs by the legendary songwriter and Grammy® winning producer Jerry Ragovoy. The Park Theatre has announced they will produce two benefit events in November at the American Legion Hall in Jaffrey, New Hampshire.

Today, Broadway Records /1650 Records /LOML Records released 'The Right of Way' from Tony-nominated singer Mary Bridget Davies. This is the first track from Stay With Me:  The Reimagined Songs of Jerry Ragovoy, to be released in January 2020. Written by the renowned songwriter, this is the first time the track has been recorded and released. 'The Right of Way' showcases Davies' powerful vocals, honed over many years as Janis Joplin in Love Janis and A Night With Janis Joplin.
