Mark Gatiss's acclaimed retelling of Dickens' winter ghost story returns to the hauntingly atmospheric Alexandra Palace with a brilliant new cast. Star of stage and screen Keith Allen (Shallow Grave, Robin Hood, Kingsman: The Golden Circle, The Pembrokeshire Murders, The Homecoming) will play the role of Scrooge with Peter Forbes (Follies) as Marley.

Marty Krofft, the King of Saturday Mornings, has passed away at the age of 86. Alongside his brother Sid, he created iconic children's TV shows and primetime hits that entertained multiple generations. His legacy will live on through the recently announced 'World of Sid & Marty Krofft Channel.'

Hartford Stage has shared a video of Noble Schropshire getting ready to play Jacob Marley, Ebenezer Scrooge's late business partner, in A Christmas Carol: A Ghost Story of Christmas.

A Christmas Carol Opening at Music Mountain Theatre, Friday November 24th will bring a new mainstage production to Music Mountain Theatre (MMT) in Lambertville, New Jersey for a three-weekend run.

Last night, November 21, 2023, a Kansas City tradition, the 42rd annual (almost) Kansas City Repertory Theatre production of Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol” opened at the Spencer Theater on the UMKC campus for an extended run through Christmas Eve. Except for the Covid year when the live production was replaced by a video version, audiences have gathered for “A Christmas Carol” since 1980. The house lights dim and a cast of Victorian holiday carolers appear complete with an onstage costumed orchestra. Our Storyteller (Nedra Dixon) also dressed in stunning early Victorian garb, welcomes us. Ms. Dixon is elegant and charming in this her first stint as the Storyteller.

“Ebenezer Scrooge’s BIG San Diego Christmas Show” is back at The Old Globe, bringing laughter and holiday celebration through December 24th.  If you are someone who enjoys it when those pranky spirits from “Nightmare Before Christmas” take over the Haunted Mansion, or the zany comedy of“The Muppet Christmas Carol,” then this fast-paced, funny, and lovingly irreverent show may be a perfect holiday fit.

In addition to celebrating the 20th anniversary of 'Elf” this season, viewers can enjoy the holiday spirit with films on Max including “A Christmas Story,” “Holiday Harmony,” “The Polar Express,” “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation,' discovery+ Original “A Christmas Open House,” OWN’s “A Chestnut Family Christmas,” and more.
