Tony Award winner Len Cariou will lead the cast of Richard Vetere’s new drama Zagłada, directed by Maja Wampuszyc, running October 16 through November 2, 2025 at the American Theatre of Actors (314 W. 54th Street, NYC).

Tony Award winner and Broadway legend Len Cariou will star in the New York premiere of Richard Vetere’s new play ZAGŁADA, a suspenseful wartime drama set for a limited engagement October 16–November 2 at the American Theatre of Actors.

29th Street Playwrights Collective presents PARK SLOPE QUARTET, a staged reading by Catherine Rogers. Harry Michaels hires a poetry tutor, Elsie, as he prepares for the end of his life, leading to an age-defying love affair with life and death. Directed by Kathy Gail MacGowan.

Theatre at St. Clement’s to present a one night only staged reading of Zaglada, a new play by Richard Vetere, directed by Dan Wackerman at Theatre at St. Clement’s on Monday, January 23 at 7pm. Admission is free.

Eric Krebs & THEATER555 will present a staged reading of Last Day by Richard Vetere. Inspired by the William Butler Yeats quote, 'The beautiful and innocent have no enemy but time.' Last Day is a vigorous exploration of love & friendship at the end of the 20th Century.

Put a Woman on a Pedestal will honor two dozen women with statues in a virtual evening of original monologues. Statue-worthy women will be the subjects of six plays in monologue form on Friday, May 21 at 7 pm (EDT) on Zoom.

Thirdwing, a digital theater company designed to develop plays directly for streaming as well as for the live stage, launched just before massive closures due to COVID-19. This meant that Thirdwing's first live stage offering, Rachel Carey's THE FEMALE GENIUS, running from April 14 - April 18 at The Wild Project in NYC, was canceled.

The performance will run approximately 3 hours, with one intermission.

The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) and OBERON are pleased to announce that due to the highticket demand for the production pool (no water), an additional performance has been added to the limited run schedule. The new schedule is as follows:

One Year Lease Theater Company brings their sold-out critically-acclaimed 2012 production of pool (no water) back to NYC for a limited Off-Broadway run from October 21-November 24 at Barrow Street Theatre (27 Barrow Street at 7th Avenue South). Written by controversial English playwright Mark Ravenhill and directed by Ianthe Demos, pool (no water) will be arriving in NYC from a run at A.R.T.'s Oberon in Boston.
