Cast Announced For NORA: A DOLL'S HOUSE at the Young Vic

Artistic Director of the Young Vic Kwame Kwei-Armah today announces complete casting for Nora: A Doll's House. Anna Russell-Martin (Cyrano De Bergerac, A Christmas Carol Citizens Theatre) reprises her role from the critically-acclaimed Citizens Theatre production, and is joined by Mark Arends (MotherFatherSon; Fatherland Lyric Hammersmith), Natalie Klamar (Wilderness Hampstead Theatre; Richard II Almeida), Luke Norris (Poldark; Blue/Orange, A View from the Bridge Young Vic), Amaka Okafor (The Son Kiln/West End; I'm Not Running, Macbeth National Theatre) and Zephryn Taitte (Call The Midwife; Bitter Wheat Garrick Theatre).

LAMDA Spring Season 2019 Announced

LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) today announces its spring season 2019, running from 5 February to 11 April at the drama school's West London campus. Directed by industry professionals, LAMDA's productions showcase graduating acting and technical students' talent as they prepare to embark on their professional careers. LAMDA graduates have gone on to enjoy illustrious careers on stage, screen and behind the scenes, with alumni including Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Ruth Wilson and David Oyelowo. As part of its commitment to offer local residents increased access to the dramatic arts, half price tickets are available for Hammersmith & Fulham residents.

The new season opens with Hastie directing William Shakespeare's Julius Caesar bringing Shakespeare back to the Crucible; this will be followed in the Studio by the winner of the new annual RTST Director Award Scheme Kate Hewitt directing the regional premiere of Nina Raine's Tribes.

Paines Plough, the UK's leading new writing company, is delighted to announce full cast and creative team for its Roundabout 2016 productions. Accomplished stage and screen actors Remy Beasley, Richard Corgan and Andy Rush will form an ensemble to perform the company's three new plays which will premiere from 5 to 28 August at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe before touring the UK. The productions will be directed by Paines Plough's Joint Artistic Director, George Perrin with Sound Designer Dom Kennedyand Lighting Designer Prema Mehta completing the creative team.
