COALITION OF IMMIGRANT ARTISTS is launching an initiative to combat xenophobia in the theater industry. The Immigrant Theatermakers Advocacy initiative works with institutions to reverse xenophobic policies and support immigrant artists.

'Model Village' is a playful comedy from New Perspectives about the tiny residents of a model village rebelling against plans to modernize their charming 1930s village. The audience gets to vote on the outcome. Written by Anita Sullivan and directed by Angharad Jones. New Perspectives celebrates their 50th anniversary. The show tours from October 18th to November 25th.

'Lunar Eclipse,' a new play by Donald Margulies, makes its world premiere at Shakespeare & Company. Directed by James Warwick, the play features Karen Allen and Reed Birney as a long-married couple reflecting on life and time during a lunar eclipse.

As the National Theatre prepares to mark 60 years of entertaining and inspiring audiences around the world on 22 October, a birthday present of 3,600 free tickets, 60 tickets for 60 performances in October, will be available for 16–25-year-olds to book for productions on the South Bank and in the West End. Drama Works Theatre Company, a resident theatre company in Old Saybrook, will continue its 2023 season with Lucy Kirkwood's gripping and timely drama, The Children. The play is directed by Judy George and stars Brian Cunningham, Barbara Gallow, and Elise Murphy Mulligan. Performances will take place August 25th, 26th, September 1st and 2nd at 7:30 PM and August 27th at 3:00 PM.
