The Public Theater will begin previews for the New York premiere of WILD GOOSE DREAMS, written by Hansol Jung, on Tuesday, October 30 with a Free First Preview performance. Directed by Tony Award nominee Leigh Silverman, this fascinating and unforgettable new play with music has been extended through Sunday, December 16, with an official press opening on Wednesday, November 14.

Written by Jeremy Kareken & David Murrell and Gordon Farrell, and based on the book by John D'Agata and Jim Fingal, The Lifespan of a Fact is now in previews. Tony nominated director Leigh Silverman directs the world premiere, starring Daniel Radcliffe, Cherry Jones and Bobby Cannavale.

FringeNYC, the adjudicated portion of the new NEW YORK INTERNATIONAL FRINGE FESTIVAL, begins performances tomorrow, October 12, 2018. The festival will offer 80 fully staged theater and dance productions at 10 venues in Manhattan;s West Village all centered around a new FringeHUB. Patrons for all performances begin their FringeNYC experience at the FringeHUB at 685 Washington Street (corner of Charles Street) and are ushered to their venue. The New York premiere of Ngozi Anyanwu's GOOD GRIEF, directed by Awoye Timpo, will begin performances the Vineyard Theatre (108 East 15th Street) on Thursday, October 11.  Opening night is set for Tuesday, October 30th.

The Public Theater announced today that two popular fall plays have extended due to strong demand, with a new block of tickets accessible on October 9 at 2 p.m.

The New Group has just announced complete casting and the design team for Clueless, The Musical by Amy Heckerling.  This world premiere production, with choreography by Kelly Devine, directed by Kristin Hanggi, features Ephie Aardema, Lori Alan, Sara Andreas, Gilbert L. Bailey II, Dove Cameron, Will Connolly, Danielle Marie Gonzalez, Tessa Grady, Talya Groves, Chris Hoch, L'ogan J'ones, Darius Jordan Lee, Justin Mortelliti, Brett Thiele, Dave Thomas Brown and Zurin Villanueva; with Scenic Design by Beowulf Boritt; Costume Design by Amy Clark; Lighting Design by Jason Lyons; Sound Design by Gareth Owen; Projection Design by Darrel Maloney; Music Supervision, Arrangement and Orchestration by Ethan Popp and Music Direction by Matthew Smedal.  Previews begin November 20 in advance of an Official Opening Night on Tuesday, December 11.  A limited Off-Broadway engagement is slated through January 12 at The Pershing Square Signature Center (The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre, 480 West 42nd Street).

Pulitzer Prize finalist Madeleine George, director Leigh Silverman, and cast members Mia Barron, Becca Blackwell, Nikiya Mathis, Danielle Skraastad, and Kate Wetherhead present highlights from George's new work Hurricane Diane, a co-production between New York Theatre Workshop and WP Theater. The production features Diane, a permaculture gardener dripping with butch charm and supernatural abilities owing to her true identity-the Greek god Dionysus. Diane returns to the modern world to restore the Earth to its natural state, taking to her suburban New Jersey cul-de-sac, and leading a bacchanalian catharsis with her neighboring suburban housewives.

The world premiere play, THE LIFESPAN OF A FACT, which begins previews tomorrow, September 20, 2018 at Studio 54 (254 West 54th Street), has announced its rush ticket policy.
