 Los Angeles Ballet (LAB) hosted its annual Gala on May 17th by transforming the Beverly Wilshire Hotel into an enchanting Cinderella Fairytale Ball and celebrated the Company Dancers and the ballet art form.

On October 30, cast, crew, and several special guests attended a Los Angeles screening of Netflix's Maria at the Ross House. In attendance was Angelia Jolie, who plays the legendary opera singer in the film, as well as director Pablo Larraín, guests Ed Lachman, Jane Fonda, Olivia Wilde, and more. De Niro Con​, a celebration of 80 years of Robert De Niro, has unveiled its programming lineup. Los Angeles Ballet (LAB) will celebrate its Season 18 Gala on Thursday, April 18 at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills.

A&E has greenlit the four-hour documentary series, “The Chicano Squad” (working title), chronicling a groundbreaking team of bilingual patrol officers plucked from their beats and suddenly promoted to Detectives to form the first all-Latin homicide unit dedicated to tackling Houston’s soaring rate of Latin homicide cases in 1979.

Los Angeles Ballet (LAB) will celebrate its Season 17 Gala on Thursday, May 18 at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills. This year's honorees are philanthropists Jeff Polak and Alia Tutor. The honorees are receiving Angel Awards for the extraordinary contributions they have made to LAB and the city of Los Angeles. 

After closing its doors due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Netflix has acquired The Bay Theater, which is set to open on October 22. The theater will show Netflix's new film The Harder They Fall, which stars Idris Elba and Regina King. Watch the trailer for the new film now!

Los Angeles Ballet celebrates Fifteen Years of Outstanding Performances at its Season 15 Gala.  This special virtual event will take place on Saturday, May 1, 2021.  

The CW Network will officially launch its new season in January 2021 with its regularly scheduled series line-up, while loading up Fall 2020 with fresh original and acquired scripted series and alternative programming, it was announced today by Mark Pedowitz, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, The CW Network.

THE LEGEND OF ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS, a family-friendly, fun world premiere musical, comes to First Stage this March. Based on the bestselling book by Drew Daywalt and illustrated by Adam Rex, First Stage Playwright in Residence John Maclay wrote the book and lyrics with Eric Nordin, also doing music and lyrics. First Stage favorite Kelly Doherty, (outstanding as Miss Trunchbull in last season's hit MATILDA The Musical), will be making her First Stage directing debut with this production.

In the aftermath of the tragic sacrifice of Max Evans (Nathan Dean) and return of Rosa Ortecho (Amber Midthunder) in the season one finale of Roswell, New Mexico, the mysterious town seemed like a place where anything could happen. It's only fitting then that the second season will see two surprising recurring guest stars: Gaius Charles from Friday Night Lights and Jason Behr, the actor who portrayed Max Evans in the original Roswell series. Cast and producers of The CW/Warner Bros. Television's sophomore series announced the cast additions during Roswell, New Mexico's New York Comic Con 2019 panel on Sunday, October 6.

Jonathan Majors (The Last Black Man in San Francisco, Lovecraft Country, Da 5 Bloods) is set to star in The Harder They Fall for Netflix Jeymes Samuel will make his directorial debut with the film.

Los Angeles Ballet (LAB), the city's own and only professional classical ballet company, celebrates its Season 13 Gala on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills. This year's honorees are Johnese Spisso, President of UCLA Health, CEO UCLA Hospital System and Associate Vice Chancellor, UCLA Health Services who will receive the Global Impact Award and actress and singer Sofia Carson, who will receive the Los Angeles Ballet Ambassador Award.

The CW has shared the 'Don't Speak' trailer from Roswell, New Mexico, which is new Tuesdays at 9/8c on The CW.

The CW Network has started to set its 2019 midseason schedule by slating the debut of new series ROSWELL, NEW MEXICO for Tuesday, January 15, 2019 (9:00-10:00pm ET/PT) and moving BLACK LIGHTNING to Mondays after ARROW starting on January 21, 2019 (9:00-10:00pm ET/PT), it was announced today by Mark Pedowitz, President, The CW Network.

It looks like we will be returning to the town of Roswell through our TV screens, after the new reboot of the cult show was picked up by The CW.
