Actor, singer and television personality FRANKIE J. GRANDE will join the cast of TITANIQUE - a musical parody of the 1997 hit film Titanic, featuring the songs of pop icon Celine Dion - in the role of "Victor Garber" for its New York engagement this summer at The Green Room 42.

Nothing gets us as excited as seeing brand new musical theatre taking shape. The hot new song, thrilling new stories being sung, new characters to bring to life, we eat it all up. And that's what the New York Musical Festival is all about- giving a platform to new musicals. We put the spotlight on eight of the hottest new shows being featured in this year's NYMF. All Things Broadway Presents Carner & Gregor's Island Song at the Davenport Theatre Loft for two nights only! A poignant, off-beat dramedy with a kinetic pop-rock score (boasting 7 MAC-nominated songs), ISLAND SONG takes us through a year in the lives of five twenty-and-thirty-somethings sharing a city and the chain of surprising, poignant, and partially random connections that bring them into each others spheres at moments that become pivotal. Picture it: New York City, 2018, Theatre Row: Off Broadway.  Sophia has escaped from Miami's Shady Pines and Dorothy, Blanche, and Rose are on an epic search to find her in the Big Apple!  Through a series of hilarious "Hot Flashbacks", this golden trio finds themselves singing and dancing their way through your favorite girls' most iconic moments.  They just might find Sophia...right in the audience!  

After selling out their first three performances, Trans Voices Cabaret returns to The Duplex for a special Pride week show with an even bigger cast of transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming performers today, June 23rd, 2018 at 6:30pm, with direction by Donnie Cianciotto and musical direction by Anessa Marie.

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. This Thursday night, June 21st, Broadway Sessions offers it's annual New York Musical Festival Sneak Peek, featuring performances from some of the hottest shows being featured in this yers festival.

Amy Wolk and Nikki M. James present I Only Have Lies For You, a live gameshow that pits Broadway panelists against each other in a lying contest. Two teams of three will go head-to-head telling stories, some of which may not be true---it is up to the other team to guess, Truth or Lie. Featuring musical direction by William TN Hall, panelists will defend their stories by all means possible, including song and dance. Hosted by MAC Award winner Amy Wolk, I Only Have Lies For You is presented monthly at the Laurie Beechman Theatre in New York City, and is being recorded as a podcast, which can be found on iTunes.

Powerhouse vocal harmony group Marquee Five pays tribute to Stephen Sondheim with original arrangements of favorites from Into The Woods, Company, Sweeney Todd, Anyone Can Whistle, and more.
