THE GOLDEN GAYS NYC Make Off-Broadway DebutPicture it: New York City, 2018, Theatre Row: Off Broadway. Sophia has escaped from Miami's Shady Pines and Dorothy, Blanche, and Rose are on an epic search to find her in the Big Apple! Through a series of hilarious "Hot Flashbacks", this golden trio finds themselves singing and dancing their way through your favorite girls' most iconic moments. They just might find Sophia...right in the audience!

The Golden Gays NYC drag trio burst onto the scene in the summer of 2017 at the famed Rue-La-Rue Cafe in Washington Heights, New York. Since then, they have performed all over the city in sold-out engagements at The Laurie Beechman Theatre, The Duplex, and 53 Above and have garnered a loyal and loving fan base. This past April, the queens took their show on the road on a wildly successful tour to Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and Cumberland, Maryland. Their brunch show is also now an iconic staple of Asbury Park, New Jersey.

The Golden Gays NYC is a musical parody and stars Jason B. Schmidt as Dorothy, Andy Crosten as Blanche, Gerry Mastrolia as Rose, and several audience members as Sophia. With musical direction by Mason Griffin (Naked Boys Singing) and direction and choreography by Anthony "Coco" Giorgio-Schmidt.

THE GOLDEN GAYS NYC plays Fridays July 13, 20, and 27 at 8:15pm at the Kirk Theatre at Theatre Row. Tickets are $42.25 and can be purchased at The Theatre Row box office or through Telecharge.com.
