As previously reported, the “53rd NAACP Image Awards” will include a performance by Nine-time Grammy Award winning singer Mary J. Jackson, Simu Lius, Tiffany Haddish and Zendaya.

Although there have been several concerns due to the recent surge in COVID-19 cases in New York City, ABC has responded that they will look to New York City law for guidance. The Ball Drop will proceed with social distancing and masks.
