Could Julie White take home her second Tony Award for her hilarious performance in Gary? She's telling us all about what the nomination means to her!

Kristine Nielsen and Julie White - both recently nominated for the Tony Awards for their performances in this season's production of Gary: A Sequel to Titus Andronicus - will host the 85th Annual Drama League Awards on Friday, May 17, 2019. The annual event will take place at the Marriott Marquis Times Square (1535 Broadway) at 11:30 AM. Tickets for the event are available by calling 212.244.9494 x101 or visiting www.dramaleague.org.

The Tony Awards are like Christmas in June for theatre lovers, and that makes this year's nominees the reason for the season. This year's Tony nominees transported us with the magic of theatre, and we're saluting their work by taking a closer look at their extraordinary accomplishments. Marylouise Burke (True West) and Andre De Shields (Hdestown) are the recipients of the annual Richard Seff Award presented by the Actors' Equity Foundation to veteran female and male character actors for the best performance in a supporting role in a Broadway or Off-Broadway production.  The announcement was made by Judy Rice, president of the Foundation, which administers the award.

Tony season has arrived! The nominations for the biggest Broadway awards ceremony were announced earlier this week on Tuesday, April 30. Leading the pack was Hadestown with 14 nominations. Check out the full list here!

Nathan Lane stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to talk about his new Broadway play, Gary: A Sequel to Titus Andronicus. Lane describes the play to Fallon, telling him, 'What Taylor Mac has done is taken three minor characters from 'Titus' and put them in their own show.'

It was announced today that the world premiere production of Pulitzer Prize finalist and MacArthur Fellow Taylor Mac's new comedy Gary: A Sequel to Titus Andronicus, has now set its Opening Night for Sunday, April 21, 6:00 p.m., at Broadway's Booth Theatre (222 West 45th Street). Preview performances began on Monday, March 11.
