'It's Only A Play,' is co-directed by Kevin Cahoon and Colin Hanlon and takes to the stage at George Street Playhouse on November 30, running through December 19, 2021.

The Muny Cast party is celebrating its 2019 summer production of Guys and Dolls with the reunion of cast members Ben Davis, Kendra Kassebaum, Jordan Gelber, Zoe Vonder Haar, Kevin Cahoon, Orville Mendoza, Jared Gertner, Gordon Greenberg, Patrick O'Neill and Lorin Latarro!

But first, the episode starts off with a look at The Wedding Singer, based on the popular Adam Sandler film. It starred newcomer Stephen Lynch and joining him in the role of Julie, the waitress with a heart of gold, was one Broadway's loveliest leading ladies, Laura Benanti. The musical features a score by Matthew Sklar and Chad Beguelin and a book by Begluin and Tim Herlihy. Rounding out the cast was Kevin Cahoon, Matthew Saldivar, Amy Spanger, Rita Gardner, Felicia Finley and Richard H. Blake. Benanti told Ridge, 'I'm really proud of it. It's nice to play the girl next door. I have never done that. This is really my first brand new Broadway musical. So, I have learned a lot.'

Earlier this week, New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) celebrated its 2020 Gala, honoring NYTW Usual Suspect & Tony Award-winning director Rachel Chavkin (Hadestown, Light Shining in Buckinghamshire, Three Pianos at NYTW) and Tony Award-winning producer Jordan Roth (Producer of Hadestown; President of Jujamcyn Theaters). 

New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) (Artistic Director James C. Nicola and Managing Director Jeremy Blocker) announced today performers, presenters and the host for the NYTW 2020 Gala, honoring NYTW Usual Suspect & Tony Award-winning director Rachel Chavkin (Hadestown, Light Shining in Buckinghamshire, Three Pianos at NYTW) and Tony Award-winning producer Jordan Roth (Producer of Hadestown; President of Jujamcyn Theaters). The Gala will be held on Monday, February 3 at Capitale (130 Bowery, New York, NY 10013).

November was an exciting and busy month for the students at Kinder High School for the Performing and Visual Arts (Kinder HSPVA)! Throughout the month, several notable alumni – including actor Kevin Cahoon and Broadway actress Samantha Williams – paid visits to their alma mater to lead master classes and offer their expertise to current students.

Continuing a Halloween-season tradition, Bucks County Playhouse will revive its popular production of Richard O'Brien's 'The Rocky Horror Show' live on stage beginning Friday, October 11 through Sunday, October 27.
