Fifteen performances, 7,500 fans, 2 brothers, 1 degree – The Ridgefield Playhouse is celebrating a milestone with The Bacon Brothers on Sunday, April 3, 2022!  Come celebrate Michael and Kevin Bacon’s 15th performance at The Ridgefield Playhouse with a night of spirited, soulful Americana as they continue their run as one of the most prolific performers in Ridgefield Playhouse history.  

Four time Academy Award-nominated actor and director Marsha Mason will co-direct and star in Hartford Stage's forthcoming production of Neil Simon's classic comedy Lost in Yonkers. 

The series also stars Jill Hennessy, Lauren E. Banks and Matthew Del Negro, and joining the cast this season as guest stars are Emmy nominee Corbin Bernsen, Joanne Kelly and Ernie Hudson. Season three consists of eight one-hour episodes. Watch the new trailer now!

Actor Kevin Bacon has joined the cast of the upcoming reboot of the 1984 film, The Toxic Avenger as the film’s antagonist. Macon Blair writes and directs.

In addition to Fontana, CITY ON A HILL is executive produced by Jennifer Todd, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Jorge Zamacona, Barry Levinson, Chuck MacLean and Michael Cuesta. Kevin Bacon, Aldis Hodge and Michele Giordano serve as co-executive producers.

Brooklyn Film Festival announces the film lineup for its 24th edition, “The Clearing.” The 2021 edition will feature 36 World Premieres, 28 USA bows, 34 east coast debuts, and 25 first-time screenings in NY.

Over the course of the 10-day festival, BFF will present 37 film programs online, and a partial line up of 22 programs in-person, indoor at Windmill Studios in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
