Producer Jer Adrianne Lelliott has announced the West Coast premiere of See You At The Funeral!. Written and performed by Tova Katz and directed by Diana Wyenn, there will be two performances only at the Broadwater Main Stage in Hollywood on Friday, November 29, and Saturday, November 30, at 8pm.

Justin Sayre's camp-horror-soap-opera, twelve-episode serial RAVENSWOOD MANOR will take the Celebration Theatre stage beginning October 17, 2019 for a six-week run. Novelist/playwright/TV scripter/performer/host Justin took some time to answer a few of my questioning queries on his various functions as novelist/playwright/TV scripter/performer/host.

From the brilliant comedic mind of television writer Justin Sayre comes a camp-horror-soap-opera play, RAVENSWOOD MANOR. With flavors of cult classic a?oeDark Shadowsa?? sprinkled in, this episodic play will bring audiences along for a ride through the gothic and hilarious goings-on of a small New England town during the spring of 1976.

Opening night of Little Shop of Horrors was celebrated last night at the Pasadena Playhouse. The production stars George Salazar as “Seymour Krelborn;” Mj Rodriguez as “Audrey;” Kevin Chamberlin, as “Mr. Mushnik;” Matthew Wilkas as “Orin Scrivello;” and Amber Riley as “Audrey ll.” 

Queer|Art, New York City's home for the creative and professional development of LGBTQ+ artists, is pleased to announce a special Fall season of Queer|Art|Film at IFC Center (323 Sixth Avenue at West 3rd St.), September 16-December 2. Organized by guest curators Vivian Crockett, Camilo Godoy, and Carlos Mottaa?"the season, titled Chicas y Fantasmas, explores the shells we inhabit to move through the world. Presented by four contemporary Latinx artists, the season assembles a fierce ensemble of showgirls, cyborgs, glam rockers, and two Chicana teens who defy gendered expectations, ableist norms, and society's limitations to actualize their own self-constructed identities and shape a vision of the world in which they want to live. CELEBRATION THEATRE presents its fundraising event, a?oeCelebrating Bruncha?? with members of the original cast of the groundbreaking LGBTQ drama, 'Queer As Folk.a?? The event will take place on Sunday, August 25th from 11am until 2pm at Micky's West Hollywood and will be hosted by actor-writer-comedian Drew Droege.  

Celebration Theatre, the nation's longest running LGBTQ theatre, will produce Justin Sayre's Ravenswood Manor, A Camp-Horror-Soap-Opera in October 2019, for a six-week run. Curated by filmmakers Ira Sachs and Adam Baran, the season features films about (and starring) fierce, funny, and fabulous women, presented by a multigenerational lineup of queer drag icons, playwrights, and performance artists.

May is Lower East Side History Month, and Queer|Art is the new kid on the LES block, having recently relocated their offices from Nolita to the East Village this past year. After premiering at the venue last fall, Ravenswood Manor will be continued with episodes 7 thru 9 on Saturday, and episodes 10 through 12 on Sunday.

JOE'S PUB will present the return of Justin Sayre's camp-horror-soap-opera Ravenswood Manor on Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28 at 9:30 PM. Ravenswood Manor will be presented episodically with episodes 7 thru 9 on Saturday, and episodes 10 through 12 on Sunday.

Celebrated performer and writer Justin Sayre will debut his new variety show "Queer Revolution Live!" at Joe's Pub on Saturday, February 9 and Sunday, February 10 at 9:30 PM. Saturday's program will features special guests Jaime Cepero, Darlinda Just Darlinda, Angela Di Carlo, Eric Schmalenberger, and Dane Terry, while Sunday includes Julian Fleisher, Daphne Only, Matt Knife, and Paul Solieau.

Queer|Art, the New York City-based non-profit supporting the creative and professional development of LGBTQ artists, continues the Winter 2019 season of Queer|Art|Film at IFC Center on March 4 and April 8. Queer|Art|Film, presented by HBO, is a monthly screening series in which some of New York's most unique artists present and discuss the films that have most inspired them. This season Queer Art's flipping the script by inviting celebrated drag queens to present and discuss films that have inspired their craft in post-screening kikis. Curated by Adam Baran and Brooklyn drag diva Lady Quesadilla, this season entitled 'Winter's a Drag,' serves as the sequel to the 2014 Summer of Drag season. More info is below; screenings begin at 8pm.
