Mary Beth Peil will play her final performance as the "Dowager Empress" in the hit Broadway musical ANASTASIA on September 23, 2018. Peil is an original member of the Broadway company and was nominated for the 2017 Tony and Drama Desk Awards for her performance. She is a celebrated singer and stage and screen veteran, well known for her work in The King and I (Tony nomination), "Dawson's Creek" and "The Good Wife". Next, she can be seen starring in the acclaimed film "The Song of Sway Lake" opening in cinemas September 21, 2018.

BroadwayWorld reported today that trailblazing dancer, director, and choreographer Dame Gillian Lynne has passed away. According to a tweet sent by her official Twitter account, she passed away tonight, July 1, at 6:20pm at the Princess Grace Hospital.
