Clutch Productions, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for emerging female artists in theatre and film, today announced that it will present THE WORTH OF WATER, a new play written by Tira Palmquist and directed by Mêlisa Annis Friday, October 4th through Sunday, October 20th, Off-Broadway at HERE, 145 6thAvenue, (on Dominick St., one block south of Spring St.). This is the second commission of a new, full-length play from blank page to its world premiere on a New York stage by Clutch, the inaugural commission being the world premiere of Every Good Girl Deserves Fun by Heidi Armbruster (upcoming Dairyland at Playmakers Rep, Mrs. Christie at Dorset Theatre Festival).

Adirondack Theatre Festival Producing Artistic Director, Chad Rabinovitz, announces the second show of the season, The Enlightenment of Percival Von Schmootz. The show runs July 5 - 13, 2019 at the Charles R. Wood Theater in Downtown Glens Falls, NY. The play examines the lives and deaths of the four daughters of the last Tsar of Russia in the aftermath of the 1917 Revolution. Four Sisters will begin with a preview performance on Tuesday March 21st before opening on Wednesday March 22nd at the Beckman Theatre at the American Theatre for Actors, 314 W 54th St.

Stable Cable Lab Co. has announced the cast and creative team for the workshop production of Nibbler, a play by Ken Urban, directed by Stephen Brackett. Nibblerwill begin invited presentations on Friday, November 15, 2013 at Theatre 54 at Shetler Studios (244 W. 54th St - between Broadway & 8th Ave.) and is scheduled to run through November 23rd, 2013. The results of the workshop production - including the actors' experience with the work, the aesthetics of the director and designers, and the audience's feedback - will be invaluable to the development of this play and talkbacks will follow several performances to discuss the work.

Producers Amy Gijsbers van Wijk and Vera Khodasevich have announced the world premiere of van Wijk's play. The official opening is set for October 24th. The closing date will be November 2nd.
