Giant Pictures has acquired the US rights for Bruno de Almeida's new movie, Cabaret Maxime, starring Michael Imperioli. It will open theatrically at the Metrograph in NYC on February 21st, ahead of a national, multi-platform rollout on March 3rd.

Nominees for the 26th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards for outstanding individual, cast and ensemble performances in film and television of 2019, as well as the nominees for outstanding action performances by film and television stunt ensembles, were announced this morning at the Pacific Design Center's SilverScreen Theater in West Hollywood.

Sony Music Masterworks today releases THE IRISHMAN (ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE SOUNDTRACK), an album of music from the Martin Scorsese-directed film starring Robert De Niro, Al Pacino and Joe Pesci. Available everywhere now, the soundtrack features music carefully curated by Scorsese and music supervisor Randall Poster (The Wolf of Wall Street, Boardwalk Empire) as a sonic companion to the film's enthralling narrative of organized crime in postwar America. The twenty-track collection includes top hits by legendary artists Fats Domino, Jackie Gleason, Jerry Vale, Johnny Ray, Marty Robbins, Pérez Prado and more, as well as a new theme composed by legendary guitarist and composer Robbie Robertson. Making its critically-acclaimed world premiere at this year's New York Film Festival, The Irishman is in theaters now and begins streaming on Netflix Wednesday, November 27.

Following two successful engagements at Wynn Las Vegas this year, comedy superstar Sebastian Maniscalco will make his return to the Encore Theater for a third headlining engagement over Memorial Day Weekend 2020. For two nights only, Maniscalco will present his You Bother Me tour with back-to-back performances at 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24, 2020. Tickets for all performances go on sale Friday, Nov. 1 at 10 a.m. PDT.

The Hollywood Film Awards announced today that highly-acclaimed artists Antonio Banderas, Renée Zellweger, Al Pacino and Laura Dern will be honored at the 23rd Annual “Hollywood Film Awards.” Banderas will receive the “Hollywood Actor Award” for his poignant turn in Pedro Almodóvar's 21st film, “Pain and Glory” and Zellweger will receive the “Hollywood Actress Award” for her powerful portrayal of the iconic Judy Garland in Rupert Goold's “Judy.” Pacino will receive the “Hollywood Supporting Actor Award” for his brilliant depiction of the infamous Jimmy Hoffa in Martin Scorsese's mob masterpiece “The Irishman,” and Dern will receive the “Hollywood Supporting Actress Award” for her commanding performance as a hard-hitting divorce attorney in Noah Baumbach's “Marriage Story.” Actor and comedian Rob Riggle will host the ceremony, which will take place on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, CA.
