A total of 16 shows will play at Mirvish theatres from June 2018 to July 2019. The main subscription season will feature seven shows and the Off-Mirvish season three shows. There will be six bonus shows that will not be on subscription.

The Diane Paulus-driven and directed production is adapted from the 2007 motion picture of the same name written by Adrienne Shelly, with book by Jessie Nelson, and music and lyrics by Sara Bareilles. The Broadway designers are on board to bring the same creative elements to the tour, and a handful of the cast has also performed with the show on the Great White Way.

Since vaulting to fame as a captivating singer on 'American Idol,' Season 5, she's become a successful recording artist, landing numerous songs and albums on Billboard's pop, jazz, holiday and adult-contemporary charts. Her latest album of timeless American standards 'I Fall in Love Too Easily' was released by BMG in 2017. As an acclaimed actress, she was the breakout star of the 2013 NBC-TV musical series, 'Smash,' Executive Produced by Steven Spielberg with music and lyrics by Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman (Hairspray). She's currently starring in the hit CBS dramatic series 'Scorpion.' Coming to North Texas this spring and summer, the hit Tony Award-nominated musical WAITRESS is looking for four young girls to perform the role of "Lulu" for the duration of the engagements. Presented by Dallas Summer Musicals, the show will appear at the Music Hall at Fair Park March 28-April 8, 2018. From June 19-24, 2018, the show will be at Bass Performance Hall as part of Performing Arts Fort Worth's Broadway at the Bass series.
