Maelyn Jarmon (Season 16 winner of “The Voice”) and Clay Singer (National Tour of The Band’s Visit) will star in three-time Tony Award winner Jason Robert Brown’s THE LAST FIVE YEARS at Core Theatre Group.

Warwick Institute of Culture presents a one night only special benefit performance: Broadway At The Wick located at The Wick Theatre in Mountain Lake Park, 46 Bowen Rd, Warwick, NY 10990 (former Kutz Camp) on Wednesday May 17th. Doors open at 6:30pm for raffles and refreshments, performance begins at 7:30pm.

Of the many great parts of the Broadway community and the performing arts community at large, perhaps the greatest is its ability to come together and provide support for one another. BROADWAY BABY MAMAS, held at Feinstein's/54 Below on March 15 little more than a week after the unthinkable tragedy involving Ruthie Ann Miles, was an incredible example of just how deep that support runs.

On Monday, April 27th, the Metropolitan Room was packed with Broadway & Aspiring artists who shared new works and cheered each other on at the Broadway Artists & Friends Open Mic & Mingle. Hosted by JERSEY BOYS' Peter Gregus, audiences were treated to an up close look at singers trying out new songs & sharing their stories. The Broadway Artists Connection (BAC) has announced that it will dedicate its annual fundraising event to the Creative Arts Team (CAT) Youth Theatre. The song and dance filled evening featuring over a dozen Broadway artists will take place on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at the Nuyorican Poets Cafe, the Lower East Side's cultural landmark for more than 35 years and will be hosted by Broadway Veteran Colin Cunliffe (Pippin, Addams Family, Cry-Baby).
